CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our time is valuable, and yours undoubtedly is too. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not show up, we will be forced to charge you for the missed treatment.

BOOKING ONLINE VIA THE SALONKEE APP:
How do you make an appointment if you’ve never created a profile on Salonkee?
 
1.     Go to the App Store or Play Store on your smartphone.
2.     Download the “Salonkee” app.
3.     Tap “Log In” and create a profile using one of the following options: email address, Google Account, Apple Account, or Facebook.
4.     Tap “Search” and enter the name of our salon. Select your desired service and date, then book your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation via email.
5.     Tap “Bookings” to view your upcoming and past appointments.
 
Do you already have a profile on Salonkee but haven’t downloaded the app yet? Tap “Log In,” enter your email address and password, or choose to log in via Google, Apple ID, or Facebook—whichever you’ve already used to create your Salonkee account.
