🚗 Parking & Access: You can usually find parking easily in the nearby streets. It is a paid parking zone on weekdays, while on Saturdays and Sundays parking is free — making your visit even more relaxed and convenient.

🎧 Comfort in the Salon: To keep a calm and comfortable atmosphere for everyone, please use headphones when watching videos, listening to music, or other content on your phone. Speakerphone is not permitted. Thank you for respecting other clients and our team.

⌛ Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the salon reserves the right to charge the full price of the booked service. In case of a no-show without any notice, the full price of the appointment will be charged.

📅 Booked Services: Please book only the services you intend to receive. The required time is reserved especially for you. If you decide during your appointment to cancel part of the services you booked, the original booked services remain payable in full.

💳 Payment: All payment methods welcome: cards, Google/Apple Pay, cash.

For urgent cancellations or changes less than 24 hours before your appointment, please call us directly at +32 498 75 70 12. As we may not see messages while working, SMS, Instagram or other messages are not considered sufficient notice unless we have replied and confirmed your cancellation.

If you cannot reach us immediately, please try calling again. An appointment is considered cancelled only once you have received confirmation from us. Otherwise, it may be treated as a no-show and the full price of the booked service will be charged.
